Things people ask before they upload
Will it work with a phone recording of a screen, or a till, or a machine?
Yes. Quire crops the letterbox, levels the audio and finds the steps from what you say. Field and shop-floor guides are half the point.
What if a customer's name is on screen?
Keep it off screen while you record for now. Blurring after the fact is next on our list, and we will say so here when it ships.
Who owns the guides?
You do. Download the video, PDF and article on any plan, including Free. Delete a recording and it is gone from our storage.
What happens if processing fails?
You see "Failed" with the reason, not a spinner. Upload again or send it to us and we will look at the file.
Where is my data stored?
In Microsoft Azure's UK South region. Recordings are private to your organisation. Published guides are reachable only by their unguessable link.
Do viewers need an account?
No. Anyone with the link, or anywhere you embed it, can read or watch the guide. You only pay for the people who make them.
